Export your artwork as PDF/X-3 for the best color accuracy and reliable printing results. Alternatively you can send us JPEG or TIFF files. Adobe Photoshop users should always save their files as JPEG or TIFF. If a Photoshop PDF is required, please use Acrobat Distiller to create the PDF (you may download our Acrobat JobOptions further down this page in the templates section). Please never save a PDF directly from Photoshop.
Ensure your file matches the selected size and orientation (portrait or landscape). If your file differs from the ordered size, it may be resized automatically unless you add the Trim to Custom Size service.
The total number of pages must be a multiple of 4 (e.g., 28, 32, 36 pages, including covers). If necessary, blank pages can be added during upload to reach the required total.

Prepare your document as single pages only, in reading order:

Please ensure your file has the following dimensions:
Safe Zone: Keep all text and key elements at least 1/12" from the trim edge to prevent being trimmed.
Use CMYK only. Files in RGB or with spot colors will be automatically converted, which may cause colors to appear different from the original file.
The total ink coverage (C+M+Y+K) must not exceed 300% to ensure proper drying and prevent pages from sticking.
Images resolution need to be minimum 150 dpi (recommended 300 dpi) to ensure sharp, high-quality results. Avoid low-resolution or pixelated images.
Use PostScript fonts for offset printing. If TrueType fonts are used, convert them to outlines (also known as paths or curves) to avoid rendering issues.
Use our blank templates here. These include the bleed, safety margins, color profile, and page layout.

Feature

Booklets
Core Format
A single sheet of paper that is always folded.
Consists of multiple pages (starting from 4) that are folded and bound together.
Assembly
Held together by its folds.
Requires binding (like saddle-stitch or perfect binding) to keep the pages together.
Content Depth
Showcases services or products in more detail than a flyer.
Designed for in-depth information, such as technical specifications, pricing, or full catalogs.
Design Traps
The type of fold is the most distinguishing feature and dictates the layout.
Page margins (especially the "gutter" for binding) are a critical factor to ensure no content is lost.
Paper Stock
Typically printed on high-quality, thicker paper (ranging from 80 lb text to 18 pt card).
Varies; can have a "self cover" (all pages are the same paper) or a "real cover" (using thicker card stock).
Common Use
Distributed at trade fairs, shows, and meetings to showcase product/service highlights.
Used for multi-page catalogs, programs, manuals, or detailed reports.
We offer two high-quality binding options for printing booklets and catalogs:

Pages are folded and stapled along the center, ideal for creating a clean, flat-opening book with a neat finished edge, making it a cost-effective choice for magazines, event programs, and promotional materials.

Pages are glued to a square spine, ideal for thicker custom booklets, catalogs, and premium publications. With perfect binding, a separate spine file is required, with width based on page count and paper type.
Custom booklets support many industries, informing customers and elevating brands across sales and education.
Present course overviews, student handbooks, and event programs in clear, professional printed formats.
Showcase full product ranges, pricing, and specs to drive offline browsing and purchases.
Explain policies, coverage options, and comparisons with polished, trustworthy layouts clients understand.
Highlight listings, neighborhood insights, and investment summaries for showings, mailers, and events
Outline treatments, memberships, schedules, and programs for clinics, gyms, and wellness brands.
Provide schedules, speaker bios, sponsor placements, and venue maps for seamless attendee experiences.
We produce top-quality booklets using premium materials, precise offset printing, and expert finishing to guarantee consistent, professional results.
Experience quick production and reliable shipping. We make ordering printed booklets online fast, efficient, and always on schedule.
Enjoy affordable printing without compromise. Our high quality booklets deliver premium results at the lowest cost in the industry.
We accept PDF, JPEG, and TIFF file formats for all booklet orders. To ensure the best printing results, your files should include the correct bleed and color profiles (CMYK). For accurate layout and color consistency during production, we recommend exporting your final design as a multi-page PDF.
Yes! Free downloadable templates for Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are available directly on the product page. Each template includes the proper dimensions, bleed margins, and color settings to ensure accurate printing. For smooth production and perfect alignment, you can upload your finished artwork in PDF, JPEG, or TIFF format.
Our custom booklets range from 8 to 320 pages in increments of four. The total page count includes all cover pages. For example, a 12-page booklet contains 8 internal pages, plus a front cover and a back cover, each with an outside and an inside. This flexible format allows for everything from slim brochures to comprehensive product catalogs.
We offer two professional binding options for booklets. Saddle stitching, which involves stapling, is ideal for booklets of up to 100 pages. Perfect binding, which involves gluing the spine, is ideal for thicker booklets of 36 pages or more, depending on the paper weight. Both options deliver a sleek, durable, professional finish, making them perfect for catalogs or magazines.
Yes, you can definitely include several designs in the same order. First, configure your booklet. Then, add it to your cart. Next, duplicate it and adjust the specifications, such as the file, quantity, paper, or size. If you're shipping to the same address, your items will be consolidated automatically to reduce delivery costs.
To help you decide which paper is best for your needs, you can request a free sample pack that showcases our available paper stocks and finishes. This way, you can review the quality and feel of the paper before ordering. Please use our Samples page and enter your postal address to send us your request.
Some of our booklet products are available without a minimum order quantity enabling you to order a single sample directly from the configurator. However, please keep in mind that short-run quantities may be printed digitally, unlike the offset printing of your main run later on. Small differences in color, paper, and production finish are common between these two types of printing.
Production times vary depending on the quantity and selected options.. You can check exact turnaround dates using our live calendar in the pricing calculator. Orders usually ship within 1-2 weeks, and all shipments are handled by reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Rush production and expedited shipping are available for most of our booklets.
Yes! Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment in real time and estimate delivery based on the carrier. We work with trusted shipping partners to guarantee safe and on-time arrival of all printed booklets.
It will! Since our offset printing process has a fixed setup cost, the price per unit decreases as the quantity increases. This means larger runs are more cost-efficient, ideal for bulk catalog printing, event programs, or marketing booklets requiring professional quality at the best possible value.
Yes, perfect bound booklets require a separate print file for the spine in addition to the cover and interior pages. The spine's width is critical and depends on your exact page count and the thickness of your selected paper. You can see the required spine width on our Visual Upload Tool when you upload your custom design.
