There are several ways to transfer your files to our server. We are providing upload forms on different sections of our website, so you don’t need to send them via email, although you are always welcome to do so as well.

How to Transfer Your Data

The best possibility is to use the file upload directly in the shopping cart. If you like to get more familiar with our order process and the different steps included, you should read our step-by-step tutorial referring to this theme.

Comfortable Upload Form

After payment you’ll have another opportunity to manage your print files through an unique link which doesn’t expire with your session and thus can be forwarded to your designer or any other person of your staff to take care of the file upload. This empowers you to upload your printing data separately from ordering, e.g. at a later time or by another department.

Local or Cloud Storage?

Each file upload let’s you choose between uploading from your local device or connecting your Google Docs, Dropbox, Box or OneDrive cloud storage with our server and transfer the files from there directly.

Automated Preflight Check

After choosing the files and initiating the upload, our Automated Preflight Data Check starts proofing your files on our server. This may need some seconds but the results are shown to you directly afterwards together with a downloadable PDF proof.

Manage Files Through Your Account

Customers who signed up on our website may also upload, manage and store their files through their account upload page.

Expert File Check

You may choose to allow one of our prepress staff to complete a manual file check prior to printing by adding the according option to your order in the shopping cart. Our experts will check and, if necessary, correct all technical issues on your file to ensure a top notch result. Instructions referring to color management, color application or problems with fonts, as well as further typical pitfalls, will be processed and reported if necessary. One of our employees is then going to contact you to peruse the erroneous points.
