For best results, design at the full trim size with 1/10" bleed on all sides and use our free downloadable templates, which have all specifications built in.

If you don’t have a print-ready file, our affordable design service is the easiest way to get started. Our team creates a professional, print-ready calendar file based on your photos, branding, and instructions, so you get a polished result without touching design software. Simply select the Design Service option in the shopping cart, after you've added your calendar product to your cart, complete the order, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Absolutely. Custom photo calendars are one of our most popular products, and you are completely free to use your own photography, artwork, or branding on every page. For sharp, high-quality results, use images at a minimum resolution of 150 dpi, with 300 dpi recommended, since large monthly images dominate each calendar page.

We accept PDF, JPEG, and TIFF file formats for all calendar orders. For best results, we recommend including the correct bleed and setting your file to a CMYK color profile. We also recommend exporting your final design as a high-resolution PDF, ideally PDF/X-3, to ensure the most accurate layout and color reproduction.

Yes. If you’re starting from a pre-made or previously printed calendar file, you can adjust it yourself in your preferred design software and upload the updated version. If you’d rather not edit it yourself, our design team can customize an existing file for you, updating dates, photos, branding, or promotions before we print. Just add our Design Service when placing your order.

We offer 15 different sizes across vertical, horizontal, and square formats. Vertical options range from a compact 3.5” x 8.5” up to a large 11” x 17” wall format. 

Horizontal options run from 5.5” x 4.25” up to 17” x 11” landscape, and square formats are available in 5.5” x 5.5”, 8.5” x 8.5”, and 11” x 11”.

The 11” x 17” vertical format is our most popular choice for photo calendars, as it provides a large display area for imagery above the date grid.

Every calendar is mounted on a sturdy 16 pt. cardboard back, so whichever format you choose, it hangs flat and stays rigid on the wall all year long.

All of our custom calendars are finished with professional Wire-O binding, the industry standard for wall calendars. The double-loop wire spiral runs along the top edge, lets pages flip smoothly and lie completely flat, and includes an integrated hook for hanging. You can choose the wire in white, black, or silver to match your design.

Saddle stitching is a binding method where folded pages are stapled along the center fold, and it’s commonly used for booklets, programs, and magazines. For calendars, however, we use Wire-O binding instead. Unlike a saddle-stitched calendar, which needs a drilled hole to hang and won’t lie flat against the wall, Wire-O binding flips smoothly month to month and comes with an integrated hanging hook. Our calendars are printed on coated stocks that give every page a polished, finished surface. Choose 120 lb. text stock or 12 pt. card stock in gloss for vibrant, saturated colors, or in matte premium for a sophisticated, glare-free look. If your project has special finishing requirements, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to discuss the options.

Yes, larger quantities result in a lower price per unit. Our offset printing process carries a fixed setup cost that we spread across the full print run, making bulk custom calendars significantly more cost-efficient. This works particularly well for promotional campaigns, wholesale distribution, and company-wide gifts. You can order up to 5,000 calendars in a single run.

Yes, our dropshipping and fulfillment services can handle distribution from our facility directly to your customers, retail locations, or event venues, which is useful when you don’t want to receive a large pallet and ship it again yourself. Our shipments are neutral, with no pricing information included, if you select the Neutral Shipping option at checkout for your order. This will make it ideal for resellers and agencies. Yes, every calendar we produce is designed for wall display. The Wire-O binding includes an integrated hook, so you can hang your calendar directly on a nail or hook straight out of the box. 

Plus, the rigid 16 pt. cardboard back keeps it hanging straight and prevents pages from curling, so your calendar looks sharp on the wall for all twelve months.

For double-sided printed calendars, we can add a punched hole to the lower center of the bottom, allowing them to hang unfolded with two pages visible at a time.

If you want a hands-on review, you can add our Expert File Check option in the shopping cart, and one of our prepress specialists will manually inspect your file for technical issues such as low resolution, incorrect color mode, or missing bleed, and correct them if necessary before printing begins.
