Click “Add to Cart & Upload Your File” to submit your artwork. For multiple versions, duplicate the item in your cart and adjust the artwork or specifications for each version.

Portrait, Landscape or Square
Ensure your file matches the selected size and orientation (portrait, landscape, or square). Alongside our standard portrait and landscape formats, we offer three square flyer sizes which stand out on counters, community boards, and social-style handouts.
If your file differs from the ordered size, it may be resized automatically unless you add the Trim to Custom Size service.
Front & Back Pages
A flyer is printed on one sheet and counts as 2 pages: the front side (Page 1) and the back side (Page 2).
If you order Full Color, Front & Back, be sure to supply artwork for both pages, with Page 1 as the front of your flyer. For single-sided flyers, select Full Color, Front Only and upload a file with one page, or simply leave the second page blank.
Bleed, Trim & Safety Areas
Please ensure your flyer's file has the following dimensions:
- Trim size 5.5” x 8.5”: The product currently selected in the configurator above on this page will be delivered in these dimensions.
- Bleed size 5.70” x 8.70”: Include + 1/10" on all four sides. This is the bleed that will be trimmed. Extend background images and graphics beyond this area.
- Safe Zone: Keep all text and key elements at least 1/12" from the trim edge to prevent being trimmed.
RGB vs CMYK
Use CMYK only. Files in RGB or with spot colors will be automatically converted, which may cause colors to appear different from the original flyer file.
- The total ink coverage (C+M+Y+K) must not exceed 300% to ensure proper drying and prevent sheets from sticking.
- For black or gray text, use only the K channel.
- For a rich black, use 40C / 0M / 0Y / 100K or 60/40/40/100
Image Resolution: Avoid Blurry Images
Image resolution needs to be a minimum of 150 dpi (recommended 300 dpi) to ensure sharp, high-quality results. Avoid low-resolution or pixelated images.
Fonts
Use PostScript fonts for offset printing. If TrueType fonts are used, convert them to outlines (also known as paths or curves) to avoid rendering issues.
Folding Options
All of our flyers are printed and shipped flat, ready to hand out, pin up, mail, or display. Flat flyers are the classic format for street promotion, counter displays, bulletin boards, and direct mail inserts, and our card stock options from 12 pt. to 18 pt. give them a sturdy, premium feel that holds up to heavy handling.
If your design calls for a folded format, take a look at our brochure printing where we offer a range of different folds to choose from.
Save Your File Correctly
Export your artwork as PDF/X-3 for the best color accuracy and reliable printing results. Alternatively, you can send us JPEG or TIFF files. Adobe Photoshop users should always save their files as JPEG or TIFF.
If a Photoshop PDF is required, please use Acrobat Distiller to create the PDF (you may download our Adobe PDF JobOptions further down this page). Please never save a PDF directly from Photoshop.

Can I upload my own design for flyers?
Yes, our custom flyer printing is fully customizable, and you're welcome to upload your own design during checkout. We accept PDF, JPEG, and TIFF file formats for all flyer orders. For the most accurate layout and color reproduction, set your file to a CMYK color profile, include the correct bleed, and export your final design as a high-resolution PDF, ideally PDF/X-3.
Do you offer flyer design services or templates?
Yes, both. We provide free downloadable design templates for every flyer size, available for Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Each template includes the correct trim dimensions, bleed margins, and safety zones built in, so your artwork is print-ready without manual setup.

What are the best practices for flyer design in terms of text, images, and call-to-action?
Lead with one bold headline that communicates your offer in seconds, and place a single, clear call to action, such as a discount code, event date, or QR code, where it can't be missed.
Use high-resolution images at 300 dpi, limit your design to two or three complementary fonts, and leave enough white space so the layout doesn't feel crowded.
Always include your contact details, and keep all critical text at least 1/12" inside the trim edge so nothing gets cut off during finishing.
Finally, review your free PDF proof that we send you carefully before approving the job.
Can I print flyers double-sided or single-sided?
Both. Simply choose Full Color, Front Only or Full Color, Front & Back in the configurator. Double sided flyers give you twice the space for menus, price lists, and event schedules at only a small additional cost, while single-sided flyers are ideal for bulletin boards, window displays, and handouts where only one side is seen.
How many sizes do you offer for flyers?
We offer 14 standard flyer sizes, ranging from a compact 2” x 3.5” business card format up to a full 11” x 17”, including popular options like 4” x 6” and 8.5” x 11” as well as square formats.
For custom size flyer printing not listed in the configurator, choose the standard size closest to, but one step larger than your target dimensions, then add the Trimming to Custom Size service in your shopping cart for a flat $15 fee.

How much does it cost to print flyers?

How long does printing take and what does turnaround include?
Turnaround is the time we need to physically produce your flyers, including printing, coating, and trimming. The clock starts the next business day after your file is uploaded and approved, not when the order is placed, and it does not include transit time.
When ordering choose Eco, Standard, or Next Day production in the configurator, then pair it with Standard Shipping (4-5 business days), 3-Day Select, or 2nd Day Air shipping. Our live calendar displays production time, shipping time, and your estimated delivery date together before you check out, so you can plan your campaign, event, or promotion with confidence.
Can I review my flyer design before it goes to production?
Yes. After you upload your file, our system generates a free PDF proof, which you can download and review before your order goes to print. If you want a hands-on review, add our Expert File Check option in the shopping cart, and one of our prepress specialists will manually inspect your file for technical issues such as low resolution, incorrect color mode, or missing bleed, and correct them if necessary before printing begins.
Are there special options for flyer finishes, coatings, or paper weights?
Absolutely. Paper weights range from lightweight 70 lb. text stock, perfect for high-volume handouts, up to sturdy 18 pt. card stock for a premium feel, in gloss, matte, and 100% recycled options.
For finishes, choose aqueous coating for added protection, matte or gloss film lamination for durable laminated flyers that survive heavy handling, or make your design stand out with spot UV, raised spot UV, or hot foil in gold or silver with scratch-proof lamination.
