I love working with you! You do an amazing job, have amazing people to chat with for help, and get it done in a quick turnaround. I'm not sure what suggestions I have, except to hire more people like the person I chatted with when placing my order.

The packaging is a bit tricky, I ripped a couple of my posters trying to get them unraveled. But on my second order I knew how it worked so it was easier and no rips.

The website is easy to follow and anytime I have needed customer service, they have been very helpful.

Once again, Chilli Printing has come through with amazing results! The products arrived 3 days before they were supposed to. Great job!

The only small complaint I have is that I didn't know that the posters would not come flat. Just had to flatten them here for a few days. However the order came a few days earlier than expected so there was no actual problem. Also I do wish you had heavier paper choices for posters AND in the larger sizes where you do (140#) there were no samples in the kit you sent.
