Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. We did have a couple of copies of our prints that were scuffed at the top of our boxes. We brought this to customer service's attention, and they promptly helped address the issue, which was great.
