At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. I had a little trouble uploading the PDF at first but then got it figured out with your great Live Chat team. Over all, I am very pleased with the final product and the packaging.

I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.
