Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.

Price, service and poster print quality was excellent. Turned out a little dark and with some color shift, but I was warned this could happen as I submitted RBG files--only had PS Elements with no CMYK capabilities. I just bought Photoshop and I'll convert to CMYK, as well as upload the ICC info for the paper you're printing on. Hopefully the next poster will be even better.
