At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. I ordered several hundred posters. They were completed ahead of schedule, looked great, and were at an excellent price. One box and its contents got damaged during shipping and ChilliPrinting sent me replacements within a few days. I couldn't ask for anything more. ChilliPrinting rules!
