Second order of posters—great product again. Timely and unbeatable price—well packed/shipped. Looking now at the 80 lb text gloss for printing/use as possible wrapping paper—maybe another product line you might promote/carry (might offer 70 lb paper if you do).

At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. Customer service was great to talk with and they handled my situation to the best of their ability. The product arrived on time and the quality is top notch! Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. We did have a couple of copies of our prints that were scuffed at the top of our boxes. We brought this to customer service's attention, and they promptly helped address the issue, which was great.
