They are honest and their sample kit is great for figuring out what you want. They have the best prices by far and their posters are exactly as show to your pdf. At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.
