Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. We did have a couple of copies of our prints that were scuffed at the top of our boxes. We brought this to customer service's attention, and they promptly helped address the issue, which was great.

I had a little trouble uploading the PDF at first but then got it figured out with your great Live Chat team. Over all, I am very pleased with the final product and the packaging.

At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. The posters we ordered were delivered when they said they wiuld be and were printed on a nice heavy stuck. The print quality was excellent. And the price was the best of any i found amongst wholesale printers online.

I would recommend *** to others. It was easy to order - we did have a little trouble uploading our design (accidentally did it multiple times, so we had to start over). Besides that, the ordering process was simple, and we did not have to wait long for the order to arrive. We will definitely use *** again because the service and price are great!
