Almost every single copy was in prestine condition, and the 2 or 3 that weren't were mostly likely due to a long shipping distance. I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.

I recommend this company for brochure printing. I've ordered twice from Chilli Printing, doubling my order quantity and they have consistently produced a good quality brochure and it was delivered extremely fast. The *** Illustrator templates are accurate and make it easy for layout. I like how it can all be done myself online without having to contact support.
