Almost every single copy was in prestine condition, and the 2 or 3 that weren't were mostly likely due to a long shipping distance. Super easy the hardest part is making sure you have your artwork file ready. Proof was sent within an hour and shipping and tracking number within 48 hours. If your on a time schedule you can trust these guys. Quality was really nice.

I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.
