I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.

At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. Chill Printing review services did an excellent job of making sure the alternating color panels on a 7 fold accordion brochure folded exactly on the color edges. The final product was excellent and the pricing was remarkable.
