Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. We did have a couple of copies of our prints that were scuffed at the top of our boxes. We brought this to customer service's attention, and they promptly helped address the issue, which was great.

I recommend this company for brochure printing. I've ordered twice from Chilli Printing, doubling my order quantity and they have consistently produced a good quality brochure and it was delivered extremely fast. The *** Illustrator templates are accurate and make it easy for layout. I like how it can all be done myself online without having to contact support.

At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. Customer service was great to talk with and they handled my situation to the best of their ability. The product arrived on time and the quality is top notch! I orfered 10 prints of my original art work and I"m very happy with the results. My order and delivery was processed super fast and the prints were well packaged. The quality of the paper is above my expectations. My only issue is the matte finish is a little too shiney but the colors are as vibrant as the original. I will be a repeat customer.

I would recommend *** to others. It was easy to order - we did have a little trouble uploading our design (accidentally did it multiple times, so we had to start over). Besides that, the ordering process was simple, and we did not have to wait long for the order to arrive. We will definitely use *** again because the service and price are great!
