At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. Customer service was great to talk with and they handled my situation to the best of their ability. The product arrived on time and the quality is top notch! I've used Chilli Printing for over two years now and have enjoyed excellent customer care, ease of ordering, and quality printed product with each order.

Price, service and poster print quality was excellent. Turned out a little dark and with some color shift, but I was warned this could happen as I submitted RBG files--only had PS Elements with no CMYK capabilities. I just bought Photoshop and I'll convert to CMYK, as well as upload the ICC info for the paper you're printing on. Hopefully the next poster will be even better.
