I would recommend *** to others. It was easy to order - we did have a little trouble uploading our design (accidentally did it multiple times, so we had to start over). Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. We did have a couple of copies of our prints that were scuffed at the top of our boxes. We brought this to customer service's attention, and they promptly helped address the issue, which was great.

I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.

I ordered several hundred posters. They were completed ahead of schedule, looked great, and were at an excellent price. One box and its contents got damaged during shipping and ChilliPrinting sent me replacements within a few days. I couldn't ask for anything more. ChilliPrinting rules!
