My order was delivered much quicker than expected, and the quality was unbelievable! Almost every single copy was in prestine condition, and the 2 or 3 that weren't were mostly likely due to a long shipping distance. I would definitely recommend chilliprinting for my fellow business owners in my area, as printing has gotten so expensive lately, but chilli makes it affordable!

Excellent customer support and great quality product!

I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.

Price, service and poster print quality was excellent. Turned out a little dark and with some color shift, but I was warned this could happen as I submitted RBG files--only had PS Elements with no CMYK capabilities. I just bought Photoshop and I'll convert to CMYK, as well as upload the ICC info for the paper you're printing on. Hopefully the next poster will be even better.

Second order of posters—great product again. Timely and unbeatable price—well packed/shipped. Looking now at the 80 lb text gloss for printing/use as possible wrapping paper—maybe another product line you might promote/carry (might offer 70 lb paper if you do).

At first I was a little annoyed with the ordering process as I feel the additional professional review option is a little hidden on the checkout screen. Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. We did have a couple of copies of our prints that were scuffed at the top of our boxes. We brought this to customer service's attention, and they promptly helped address the issue, which was great.
