I've had several products made and have nearly no complaints. The business cards could have been packaged a little tighter to not cause damage in transit but ever considering that, mine had no damage. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness.

I had a great experience on this order with ChilliPrinting customer service. I used the Live Chat to talk to a representative, and then later received a follow-up email about my order. Absolutely fantastic.

Working with ChiliPrinting has been great - customer service was prompt and helpful regarding our pre-printing questions and provided strong guidance. We did have a couple of copies of our prints that were scuffed at the top of our boxes. We brought this to customer service's attention, and they promptly helped address the issue, which was great.
