We make it easy for our customers to place an order on To start, search for the product or service you are looking for by navigating through the left sidebar menu. See this step-by-step guide how to continue for checking out and uploading your file.


Select Paper, Quantity and Other Details

Once you have found a product, please choose from the available options provided. on the product calculator. You may see options to choose from such as paper type, page counts, folding options or the quantity of your order. These options vary depending on the product chosen.

Up to Three Prices Are Showing Up

As a result of the above step and depending on the availability, up to three different production types are displayed. Switch through the listed production options (Eco, Standard or Next Day) by clicking on the prices. You will see the turnaround time for printing and shipping in the convenient calendar just below. Please keep in mind, all time estimates are dependent on you uploading your design file to fully complete your order. There is a cut off time, which will be shown on the page.
Lastly, you may choose the shipping service according to your preferred delivery date.

Add the Item to Your Shopping Cart

Once you have finished selecting your options for your item, you may add to your shopping cart by simply clicking on the button labeled “Add to Cart”. . ou may then choose from additional options which are listed in the cart view on the bottom of the page.
In order to add other products to your cart, just repeat this process or simply duplicate previously added products by clicking the corresponding button in the shopping cart.

Upload Your Design Files

We offer several ways to upload your files. The first option allows you to upload your designs in your shopping cart before checking out, further options will allow you to upload after completing your order.

Use the upload panel next to each product directly in the shopping cart to upload your files from your local device or connect your Google Docs, Dropbox, Box or OneDrive cloud storage and pick your file from there. Your data will pass through a Preflight check and the proof result including a pdf proof will be ready for you usually after a few seconds.

Upload After Ordering

You may also choose to skip the file upload during the checkout and hand in your files at a later time. Your order will be on hold until we receive your file. On the order confirmation page you’ll find a unique link to bookmark on your end or forward to a team member for completing the upload.
Another option is to use the upload page in your customer account to manage all your print files.

The Checkout Process

To complete your order please click on the “Checkout“ button in the shopping cart and enter your billing and shipping details. If you already have an account you may skip this step as you will be forwarded directly to the review page. Please choose your payment of choice and complete the payment. With a successful confirmation an email will be sent to your address including a pdf invoice.

Steps & Control During Production

If an Expert File Check has been added to your order our prepress team will work on your files and get back to you in case of any issues found. Once your files are approved by you the production can start.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when the production process has started as well as when your packages have been picked up by the carrier and your items are shipped. This email will also include the tracking information for your shipment.
